Intro Section

We invite you on a journey

Hi, I’m Deborah Garrard, founder of be(e) well serve well. I grew up with a passion to serve others. I believe there’s a health crisis in our communities and, more specifically, among our leaders. And so, I invite you and those who lead in the communities where you live to lean into a life where being mindful is your default setting, eating is spiritual practice, and serving others is an organic result of your own healing.
